PROTOCOL FOR COVID
Given the circumstances we are going through worldwide because of the COVID-19 pandemic, the well-being and health of our guests, collaborators and friends are our main interest.
The guidelines contained in this protocol, which follow the recommendations established by the Ministry of Health of Argentina, offer various measures and specific actions to address the current situation and help the recovery of the activity.
Its main purpose is to protect the health of workers and tourists.
It is important to note that we are facing a constantly evolving situation - subject to research and therefore to constant change.
Compliance with preventive measures, as well as early recognition of signs and symptoms together with early diagnosis, isolation, timely care of suspected and confirmed cases, and care of their families, partners, and other close contacts are central strategies for achieving control of the pandemic.Measures:
We want both our guests and staff to be safe within the hotel so we have implemented a number of measures:Visual recommendations
Information and social distancing signs in all areas of the hotel in easily visible places, information on social distancing measures, proper hand hygiene, appropriate respiratory hygiene, and recommendations in the presence of suspected COVID-19 symptoms.Social distancing
The measures established by the Ministry of Health of Argentina determine a minimum distance between people of 2 meters as ideal and 1.5 meters as acceptable. Upon entering the hotel you will find a sanitization point for shoes and correct hand disinfection.
We will have sanitizer available for those who wish to disinfect their personal items.
Alcohol dispenser in all areas of the hotel properly identified.
Cleaning of common areas / restrooms, with a frequency of 2 hours and constant ventilation of rooms with a record of schedules and personnel who performed the task.
At the hotel reception you will find a screen to protect the receptionist and the guest.
Pocket alcohol gel will be provided for each reservation, for the comfort and safety of the guest.
At the hotel reception, alcohol gels, gloves and masks will be available for sale.
The invoice will be sent to the guest via email, unless you request a paper invoice.
The use of writing items will be disinfected before being given to the guest.
The room keys will be disinfected before handing them over to the guest.
When checking out the room key will be deposited in a box at the reception.
The use of elevator is restricted to a maximum of 2 people.
The use of the Sauna and Mini Gym will be restricted to a maximum of 2 people, with previous reservationRooms:
There will be a bathroom amenity kit in the room. In case of requiring more of these elements, the guest will be able to request them by phone at the reception and to deliver them to the room.
All hotel information signs that cannot be properly disinfected will be removed from the room.
The minibar of the room will be empty. If you wish to ask for mineral water, you must call the reception and ask for it to be delivered.
The room will be cleaned only upon request of the guest. In case you do not require housekeeping service you can opt for the delivery of sheets and towels without contact.
When leaving the room, it will be ventilated and disinfected, discarding all the elements that do not belong to the room.Gastronomy:
Breakfast will be served à la carte, observing the social distance of 1.5 meters between each table, with a maximum of 6 people per table.
The service will be done in 2 shifts, schedule to be confirmed.
In the restaurant, you must previously make a table reservation. With a maximum of 6 people per table and observing the social distance between tables.
Once the capacity of the room is reached, no one will be allowed to enter.Hotel Staff:
The temperature will be taken from each employee, and a daily record of the health status of each one will be made.
Backpacks, bags and any other item not necessary for the job will not be allowed.
Staff uniforms should not be removed from the hotel. They will be left in the laundry area when they need to be washed and ironed.
All hotel personnel must respect the current sanitary regulations and use all the personal protection elements provided by the company.
