CANCELLATION POLICY
Our cancellation policy changes depending on the season:
December 2020
01/12/2020 to 21/12/2020
The reservation can be cancelled without penalty up to 7 days before the check-in. In case of cancellations within 7 days before the check-in date and/or in case of no show, a 100% penalty will be charged for the contracted services.
Summer and Holidays
(From 12/22/2020 to 03/30/2021; Easter: from 03/31/2021 to 04/04/2021; Winter holidays: 07/16/20201 to 07/31/2021; August weekend: from 08/17/2021 to 08/17/2021, Spring Break: from 09/12/2021 to 09/26/2021, Christmas: from 12/23/2021 to 12/26/2021, New Year: from 12/30/2021 to 02/01/2022)
The reservation can be cancelled without penalty up to 20 days before the check-in. In case of cancellations within 20 days before the check-in date and/or in case of no show, a 100% penalty will be charged for the contracted services.
April - July
From 04/01/2021 to 07/06/2021
The reservation can be cancelled without penalty up to 7 days before the check-in. In case of cancellations within 7 days before the check-in date and/or in case of no show, a 100% penalty will be charged for the contracted services.
August - October
From: 01/08/2021 to 31/10/202
The reservation can be cancelled without penalty up to 15 days before the check-in. In case of cancellations within 15 days before the check-in date and/or in case of no show, a 100% penalty will be charged for the contracted services.
November - December
01/11/2021 to 22/12/2021
The reservation can be cancelled without penalty up to 15 days before the check-in. In case of cancellations within 15 days before the check-in date and/or in case of no show, a 100% penalty will be charged for the contracted services.
Comments on the rates and payment methods:
The rates indicated in U.S. dollars may be paid in Argentine pesos, at the official selling exchange rate of the Banco de la Nación Argentina (National Bank), on the date of payment.
Payment may be made by credit card, VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS or DINNERS. In this case, the authorization form must be sent for the correct charging of the same.
We also accept bank deposit or wire transfer. Please contact us to send your bank details.
